Devasahayam Jesudas (DJ) Christopher, MBBS, Dip NB, FRCP
DJ Christopher is a pulmonary physician with a keen interest in patient care, teaching, and research. His major area of research is tuberculosis; he also conducts research in asthma and allergy, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), and Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD). He is keen on collaborative research, particularly in the field of tuberculosis. He has over 300 peer-reviewed publications to his credit, and he is among the Stanford University top 2% scientists of the world.
He is currently an emeritus professor of pulmonary medicine at the Christian Medical College in Vellore, which is in Tamil Nadu in the southern part of India.
