The IGHS Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee’s Decolonizing Global Health subgroup has organized a series of monthly seminars to foster conversation on how we can reimagine research, education and practice to improve global health through equity and reciprocity.

This month’s conversation is with Dr. Muneera Rasheed, a paediatric psychologist by profession whose interest is studying how behavior sciences can assist organizations in achieving improved outcomes. Her recent work includes leadership mentorship to engage employees for enhanced patient experience of care in a tertiary care hospital. As a research scientist in the field of early childhood development, Muneera also has significant experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating responsive care interventions for young children and families in community-based services within both national and international contexts over the past decade.

Register in advance for this event and check out previous sessions in this speaker series on the webpage of the UCSF Decolonizing Global Health working group.

On the registration page, please feel free to submit any comments or questions for Muneera’s discussion or input during the event.
