Conversations for Change hosted by IGHS Decolonizing Gobal Health working group
We are inviting global health leaders in the 'decolonizing global health' movement to speak to our community. These are informal sessions to elevate diverse and multidisciplinary voices with experiences in theis area, creating opportunities for discussion on how we can decolonize global health research, praxis and education.
The first session is with Dr. Renzo Guinto. He is one of the staunchest, exciting, and most innovative voices for the new discipline of planetary health and serves as Chief Planetary Doctor of PH Lab – a “glo-cal think-and-do tank” for advancing the health of both people and the planet. He is also Associate Professor of the Practice of Global Public Health and Inaugural Director of the Global Health Program of the St. Luke’s College of Medicine-William H. Quasha Memorial in the Philippines.
