Health Economics Course Offerings

GHECon is committed to defining and fostering teaching and training in a broad set of health economics topics and methods applicable to global health. Our approach to educational issues echoes GHECon's general perspective: global (with a substantial focus on resource-poor settings) and practical (oriented around implementation).

We are working with the Consortium of Universities for Global Health, the UCSF Center for Healthcare Value, and colleagues from other universities to define a conceptual framework and specific competencies. This resource is intended to help guide the development of course offerings at UCSF and in other teaching settings around the world.
