The three winners of the 2013 Policy Brief competition, an annual competition organized by Gavin Yamey MD MPH of the Global Health Group. The competition is the culmination of a 6-week masters course that Dr Yamey teaches at UCSF called Global Health Policy: Transforming Evidence Into Action.
The Evidence to Policy Initiative (E2Pi) works to narrow the gap between evidence and policy in global health, creating the tools and information policymakers need in order to make informed decisions. Working in close dialogue with decision-makers, researchers, analysts and advocates in both donor and recipient countries, E2Pi produces easily-accessible policy briefs, working papers, and commentaries on key decisions facing global health policy makers.
