Clinical Scholars Program
The Global Health Sciences Clinical Scholars Program (GHCSP) was established in 2006 to respond to a demand for an educational track by clinical trainees interested in bridging the global health gap.
The program is the first in the nation to include residents from multiple disciplines, and has expanded to include the school of nursing and other health professional schools.
Eligibility
UCSF graduate healthcare professionals (Medicine, Nursing, Dentistry, Pharmacy, and Graduate Division) who wish to formally incorporate global health into their professional careers.
The overall aim of the program is to cultivate future careers in global health. For more information or inquires about the program, contact Vaishali Patel.
The GHCSP is led by the Program Director with the guidance of the Oversight Committee, comprised of UCSF Residency and Program Directors.
