International applicants from non-English speaking countries must demonstrate proficiency in the English language by completing one year of study with a minimum GPA of 3.00 at an accredited college or university in the United States, OR by obtaining the following minimum scores on the Test Of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - administered by ETS, or the IELTS - International English Language Testing System (administered by the University of Cambridge, the British Council, and IELTS Australia):
